You might think it strange, but I loved the following Facebook Update:

Mark Covey has a sore thumb. Why? Because I was running my wife through self defense drills and she is getting really good at taking a gun away from an assailant. I literally cannot hold onto my gun without getting broken fingers or staying on my feet. I can't get off a "shot" either. Don't attack my wife. Trust me.
