With an overcast sky sliding over us, kids toys EVERYWHERE, cleaning the house, and a lot of homework looming over my head it seemed like a good time to pause and make muffins. Muffins are a one bowl, thirty minute completion, ultimate comfort food, and when they're chocolate--like these are--they're simply perfect.
When you give a moose a muffin he may want your mom's blackberry jam, but when you give me a muffin I just want a cup of coffee.
